RD1500: Karnack Pumping Plant Project Moves Forward

We are pleased to announce that after almost two years, our application to build a new pumping plant at Karnak has cleared a major hurdle. The Reclamation District 1500 watershed plan is complete and has been approved by the California Natural Resources Conservation Service. Our plan is now moving on to the National Watershed Management Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Once approval is granted by the NWMC, we will be able to move forward on securing funding and start the design and planning process.
