Q4 Employee Spotlight: Jon Scott

Our Employee Spotlight this quarter is Operations Manager, Jon Scott. Arriving each morning before our team starts their day, Jon lays out the schedule and ensures key issues and tasks are completed. While the first one in, he is also the last one heading home as Jon spends the rest of the day making sure landowner needs are met and operational projects remain on track. Jon is heading into his sixth year here at BIDA.

When Jon is away from the Basin, he loves to spend time with his three kids, taking trips to Oregon to visit family, and more recently to San Luis Obispo to see his youngest daughter in her first year at Cal Poly. When not with the kids, Jon is typically tending to his family’s cattle and animals on their property.
