Q2 Employee Spotlight: Willy Hay

Our employee spotlight this quarter is ditchtender, Willie Hay II. Now in his fifth year with BIDA, Willie comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to do what is needed to accomplish the task at hand. He is known for helping his fellow coworkers – whether that be in the field or to put a smile on their faces with a timely joke. In his time away from the district, Willie enjoys spending time camping, fishing or playing one of the many sports his five children are involved in.
